CMR

A Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) is a one-on-one consultation with a pharmacist or qualified provider. Together, we’ll review all your medications—including prescriptions, over-the-counter products, herbal therapies, and supplements. We’ll discuss your medical conditions, address any concerns you have about your medications, and create a plan to resolve any issues.
